　　包頭市璽駿稀土有限責任公司，前身為包頭市稀土應用技術研究所，始建于1979年，是內蒙古自治區專門從事高純稀土金屬及合金和其他稀土功能材料技術開發、應用研究與試驗生產的科研單位。1998年，該研究所整體轉制為包頭市璽駿稀土有限責任公司，現企業注冊資本金7310萬元，具有獨立的法人資格?！?/span>

　　公司通過采用國內先進的全封閉式布袋除塵及尾氣吸氟技術，解決了電解行業粉塵大，熱量高、尾氣凈化不徹底的局面。與此同時，企業于2012年度先后通過了國家環保部開展的稀土企業環保核查，工信部開展的稀土行業準入條件的審查，也成功通過了GB/T 19001質量管理體系、GB/T 24001環境管理體系和GB/T 28001職業健康安全管理體系認證?！?/span>

　　公司建有年產10000噸高純稀土金屬及合金電解生產線和1500噸氧化物的稀土廢料高效清潔綜合回收利用生產線，擁有大型多陰極電解爐、高頻開關電源、虹吸機械鑄錠裝置、遠紅外溫控儀，多組分串級萃取分離槽、雷蒙磨等先進的生產設備，配套了ICP等離子發射光譜儀，原子吸收儀、碳硫分析儀等現代化的分析檢測設備和布袋除塵器、尾氣吸氟裝置、酸霧吸收塔等環保設備，整個工藝過程環保節能高效?？赏瑫r滿足金屬釹、金屬鐠、金屬鑭、金屬鋱、金屬鏑、鑭鈰合金、鐠釹合金、鐠釹鏑合金，電池級混合稀土金屬、鏑鐵合金、釓鐵合金、氧化鐠釹、氧化釹、氧化鏑、氧化鋱等多種產品的生產，產品質量及工藝技術水平在同行業中處于中上水平，具有較強的競爭優勢。

　　Baotou Xijun Rare Earth Co., Ltd., formerly Baotou Rare Earth Applied Technology Research Institute, was founded in 1979. It has passed the appraisal and acceptance of 14 scientific and technological achievements organized by the state, autonomous region and Baotou City, and 10 achievements have won the second and third prizes for scientific and technological progress of autonomous region and Baotou City. 　The company has solved the problems of large dust, high heat and incomplete purification of tail gas in electrolysis industry by adopting domestic advanced fully enclosed bag dust removal and tail gas fluoride absorption technology. At the same time, in 2012, the enterprise passed the environmental protection verification of rare earth enterprises carried out by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the examination of access conditions of rare earth industry carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. 　　The company has built an annual production line of 10,000 tons of high purity rare earth metals and alloys electrolysis and a production line of 1,500 tons of oxides for efficient and clean comprehensive recovery and utilization of rare earth waste. It has large multi-cathode electrolysis furnace, high frequency switching power supply, siphon mechanical ingot casting device, far infrared temperature controller, multi-component cascade extraction separation tank, Raymond mill and other advanced equipment. The production equipment is equipped with ICP plasma emission spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer and other modern analysis and detection equipment, bag dust collector, fluorine absorption device of tail gas, acid mist absorption tower and other environmental protection equipment. The whole process is environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient. It can also satisfy the production of neodymium, praseodymium, lanthanum, terbium, dysprosium, lanthanum-cerium, Praseodymium-Neodymium alloys, neodymium-dysprosium alloys, battery-grade mixed rare earth metals, dysprosium-iron alloys, gadolinium-iron alloys, praseodymium oxide, neodymium oxide, terbium oxide and other products.
